God's Authority

Authority is very important in God's Kingdom. God's authority represents God Himself. The greatest of God’s demands upon human kind is for us to obey Him and to submit to His authority.

The Bible clearly says that “Obedience is better than sacrifice…For rebellion is like the sin of divination.” 1 Samuel 15:23 Therefore we must be careful at all times to ensure that we do not rebel against God’s authority. To disobey God’s authority is rebellion.

“What then is this bleating of sheep in my ears?” 1 Samuel 15:14 The Lord instructs and gives supernatural power to hear His voice. Like Samuel, say yes to His call today.  If you have not accepted God’s authority for your life and have disobeyed Him here’s an invitation for you right now. Ask God for His forgiveness and turn your life over to Jesus today. Also if you have been living away from God, draw nearer to Him and come back to Jesus “Call to me and I will answer you…” Jeremiah 33:3
